Project Overview

We converted a dilapidated 1980s warehouse into a state-of-the-art tech park. The challenge was preserving the original steel exposed beams while upgrading the facility to meet modern fire safety and HVAC standards. The project required heavy structural reinforcing, installation of a central cooling system, and sound-proof meeting pods.
