Project Overview

This project involved the complete structural construction and finishing of a 3-story luxury residence. The design philosophy centered on "bringing the outdoors in," utilizing floor-to-ceiling tempered glass facades. Key features include a cantilevered master bedroom, a rooftop infinity pool, and a solar-powered grid integration system. The foundation required specialized micro-piling due to soft soil conditions.
